A core feature of Solar Spek is its "Offline-First" capability. You explicitly acknowledge that the Services store a significant amount of User Content (including high-resolution photos and sensitive assessment data) locally on the internal storage of Your Authorized Device.
BECAUSE DATA IS STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE PRIOR TO SYNCHRONIZATION, SOLAR SPEK CANNOT PROTECT THAT DATA IF YOUR DEVICE IS LOST, STOLEN, OR COMPROMISED. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL SECURITY OF YOUR DEVICES (E.G., USING BIOMETRIC LOCKS, PASSCODES, AND ENCRYPTION).
We collect data from Your device only when an active internet connection allows for synchronization with our servers. Solar Spek is not responsible for the privacy or security of data that has been created on Your device but has not yet successfully synchronized to our secure cloud environment.

Solar Spek's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Services. Users must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to use or register for Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (a) all information you submit during Account registration is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (c) your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your profile and Account may be terminated and deleted without warning if we believe that you are under eighteen (18) years of age.
